Name Change thread

Okay, since it was suggested, and since i didn't make it yet, here it is, the name change thread. Only two rules to this. you may only change your name once a month. (Exceptions CAN be made for something like holidays) And, Fellow Admins, don't be lazy and post for a name change here. xD
